MeasureReady® FastHall™ station

MeasureReady® FastHall™ station

The FastHall station is an integrated, high-precision tabletop measurement system for simplified Hall measurements and less experimental setup. It includes the MeasureReady® M91 FastHall™ measurement controller. The FastHall Station includes a 1 T permanent magnet, high precision sample holder, PC, and all the necessary software and cabling to provide a range of measurement capabilities including sample resistances up to 1 GΩ and mobility measurements down to 0.01 cm2/V s — making it a great choice for labs studying low-mobility materials.

MeasureReady® M91 FastHall™ measurement controller

MeasureReady™ M91 FastHall™ measurement controller

The MeasureReady® M91 is a revolutionary, all‑in-one Hall analysis instrument that delivers significantly higher levels of precision, speed, and convenience to researchers involved in the study of electronic materials. Featuring Lake Shore’s patented FastHall measurement technique, the M91 fundamentally changes the way the Hall effect is measured by eliminating the need to switch the polarity of the applied magnetic field during the measurement. This breakthrough results in faster and more precise measurements, especially when using high field superconducting magnets or when measuring very low mobility materials.

8400 Series HMS

8400 Series HMS

The 8400 Series Hall measurement system (HMS) can be used with both DC and AC field to facilitate the broadest range of research applications. The system includes fully integrated instrumentation, a magnet and power supply, plus software that helps you dramatically increase your research productivity and provides results that you can trust. When used with the AC field measurement option, the system is ideal for use with emerging-class materials that typically have mobilities below 1 cm2/V s — the types of materials with electronic properties that can be difficult or impossible to measure with traditional DC field Hall methods.
