Compliance and End-Use

It is Lake Shore Cryotronics' policy to verify the end user and the customer's end use. As part of our commitment to compliance and regulatory requirements, an End Use Certificate (EUC) may be requested before order confirmation.

By accepting and engaging with Lake Shore's products, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by U.S. export control and sanctions laws and obtain any licenses or approvals required by the U.S. Government prior to the sale, export, re-export, or otherwise transfer of these products.

Tax exempt?

Please e-mail a copy of your tax exempt certificate to sales@lakeshore.com. Failure to do so could result in taxes being charged.
